Restoration project of an apartment 110 m for short term rentals, in a building of author (designed by the Latis in the sixties). Great attention to the salient existing structures and to minimize the visual impact of all new installations, returning to the original status as the locals through a functional mix of new trim choices. Rebuilding from scratch all the services and facilities, enhanced by a new lighting project, to give birth to a beautiful house with views and terrace, in exclusive location in the center of Milan.
