Curatela mostra 'Guenter Pusch’ – Venezia
VENEZIA - ITALY
Guenter Pusch, “Places of silence and life”, Painting – video. Palazzo Albrizzi, Venezia.
“A discontinuous color thread unites the work of Günter Pusch over the old and controversial issue of the relationship between Venice and Marghera, between the historic city of water and the post industrial land: an orange stretch marks the mean threshold of increase in water level; nature regaining the human artifice, in a difficult puzzle solution. Overlays of landscapes (products of different stories but inseparable) human presence, traces of that once animated the construction sites, relationship between art and technology, They are among the issues that are layered space of the canvas, carefully prepared on several levels. However the architecture of Pusch, carefully designed, also open doors to new worlds related to the sphere of the unconscious; in these works it unfolds a mix between civilian values artist, starting from the experience of places (seeing you learn) enigmatic symbolism, ecstatic visions and irony.”
